Relax in a private full-spectrum infrared sauna in Gawler. Soothes sore muscles, eases stress and fatigue, plus supports weight loss.

An extremely restorative full-body massage combining flowing Kahuna Bodywork strokes with heated stones placed along energy lines.

A warming full-body massage using natural tiger-striped clam shells, blended with Kahuna Bodywork. Continuous heat helps release and relax muscles.

A holistic energy-cleansing technique practised for thousands of years. Relaxing, painless and enjoyable for most people.

A full sensory experience like no other. Essential oils along the back, pressure-point work on the feet, and a revitalising face, chest and scalp massage.
